Join me for a calming meditation session set to the natural sounds of a flowing river. In this video, we practice the Prana Mudra, a hand gesture designed to connect you with your vital life force.
The Practice
The Setting: We utilize the visualization of water flowing down a stream to help relax the mind and lower cortisol levels.
The Hand Mudra: Connect your thumb, fourth (ring) finger, and pinky finger while keeping the other fingers extended.
The Breath: We use a "victorious breath" (Ujjayi) pattern: inhaling through the nose, pausing, and exhaling through the nose.
