This 120-year-old Conn bass sax was almost left for dead because of the high cost (among many other things) of fabricating or replacing the missing low C tone hole. Here - I take my Atlas Craftsman from the 1950's for its maiden voyage doing some facing, boring, and turning. Stay tuned for the finishing touches to come later on this sax!
