Green Chutney is one of the healthiest and is used often in Indian cuisine as a side with snaks, sandwichs and also to make chaats. This chatni aids digestion and enhances are taste Aroma and nutrition of any dish.
Green chutney is a flavourful condiment made with fresh mint ,coriander ,garlic, ginger and cumin. it is one of the most basic chutney that is eaten with all kinds of Indian snacks charts and sandwich etc.
How to make green chutney (stepwise)
1 Add mint leaves to a blender jar.
2. at coriander leaves, cumin,salt,garlic,giner and green chillies, Curd(sour taste)
3. Pour little water and begin to blend.
4 Blend until smooth.check salt and tang.
add more if needed.
5. Serve green chutney with Indian snacks and store it in freez.
