Join me for a 40 minute Full Body Pilates workout for the 40+ midlife age group and beyond. In this live session we will go through all the key exercises to keep you strong and flexible in midlife and beyond. At every age our bodies need different types of movement to complement our stage in life - what works in our 20's and 30's is different to what we need in our 40's and beyond so if you are 40+ this is for you. In midlife you need to work a little more on certain key areas of the body as your body starts to change- suitable for both men and women and you may be surprised how challenging it is! Over 40 does not mean easy exercise, just different exercise! Find out what the key exercises are and how to apply them to your regular routine, also find out which exercises to do less of!
