This video suggests the Kettlebell swing as a physical practice to get unstuck and allow energy to flow again, re-igniting joy and playfulness.
For some of us, stress likes to manifest itself in the hip / pelvis region. Energy gets constricted there and things feel tight and stiff.
Kettlebell swings are a great way to get energy moving again in that area, because we work directly with the muscles that hold that tension: we extend the hips powerfully and squeeze the butt as if we wanted to crack a nut with our butt cheeks. It is also very important to NOT be TIMID, when we do a KB swing. You gotta LET IT SWING. It's not about lifting the weight up with the arms - they just guide it, so it doesn't fly through the next wall. There is a moment in a well-executed KB swing, where the KB feels weightless, because it is carried upwards by the momentum we give it with our powerful hip extension. THIS moment, friends, feels pretty good ;) In that moment, we can experience energy flowing freely in a direct way.

Disclaimer: There are many ways in which physical exercises can support us in our daily life, by allowing us to enact the kind of experience we need to deal with whatever it is we are facing.
