Makes 24 muffins
-2 eggs
-1 egg yolk
-1 1/2 cups white sugar
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-1 1/2 cups sour cream (substitutes: plain yogurt, kefir)
-1 tbsp vanilla extract
-2 cups flour
-3/4 cups cocoa powder
-3 tsps baking powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 cup chocolate chips
-extra chips & white sugar to sprinkle on top
Bake at 375F for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350F and continue baking for 5-10 minutes
