Our first long ride with new Royal Enfield Hunter 350cc bike from Kolkata to Rambha (Chilika) in Odisha covering a distance of 566 km in 10:30 hrs. In this video we have tried to share our personal experience about the performance of this newly launched bike on highway. Well, our experience was more than satisfactory regarding the speed, smoothness, power, torque as well as comparative mileage of this bike. However, it may be too early to give a verdict, because not even 2000 km has been completed yet and this bike only had its first service. A lot may change afterwards. Moreover, depending upon every rider's personal requirements some further modifications or customizations are always needed. e.g. to us pillion comfort is a must and that was lacking a bit. We think a tourer seat replacing the regular one and the saddle stay will solve that problem in near future. Now, if we talk about the road conditions and the scenic beauty the video will speak for itself. Odisha has always been our favourite short trip destination. Specially, Chilika lake being the largest brackish water lagoon of Asia adds to its attractions. The next morning we will start for Mahendragiri (in Eastern Ghat range), which is the second highest peak of Odisha at an altitude of 4925 ft.
