In this video at Public Safety Press hears a female asking for assistance and she lets a supervisor know. As you can see in this video the supervisor doesn't even really give a s***. I had several people asking me what about helping the homeless well they have a task force of Officer robie an officer whistle who is supposed to be helping the homeless but as you can see they don't do s***.
