Going to the Country - Steve Miller Band (Clone Hero chart, Expert Guitar & Bass)

A gentle tune with a looooong outro guitar solo by Steve Miller Band, one of many great songs featured in my 90+ song pack of Clone Hero charts: Classic Rock Summer 2K25. Classic Rock Summer 2K25 features a variety of hit singles, fan favourites and deep cuts from the 60s, 70s and 80s, each track containing an expert Guitar AND Bass chart with unpitched lyrics.
As well as providing plastic guitar fans with almost 100 brand new charts of old gems, I've also pledged that NONE OF THE SONGS IN THIS PACK will be recharts of my or any other charter's work and for every publicly available song with at least an existing guitar chart before this pack's unveiling, I will chart a replacement that has never been charted before and release it after the full pack is out.

This is one I've wanted to play in Guitar Hero for a while, mostly so I could hear the full outro solo but honestly, I would've told myself to just let this one go if I knew how much of a pain in the arse charting the bass would be. It's barely audible and rarely consistent, definitely not a chart I enjoyed making at all. Thankfully, once I got into the solo, the guitar chart was pretty fun. Decent chord strumming patterns in the verses and some nice little acoustic stuff in the bridge too. I also went back and fixed up the changing volume in the outro after this video was recorded so it'll sound much more consistent in-game with slightly better reverb on the final note compared to this preview vid.
