Do you remember the whole Gianni “Rippo”? 😂 We got PJ version. For those of you who don’t know, Gianni Grippo ripped a heel hook in this same fashion during a no-gi match and a lot of people were mad about how he didn’t give the opponent a chance to tap.
FYI Espen is a phenomenal athlete so this match doesn’t take anything away from his accomplishments.
