How to do aikido using tenshin aikido te sabaki off of a mae geri kao tsuki into a kaitennage is what this video topic is on. Lenny sly of the #roguewarriors training compound is gonna teach us today some tenshin aikido against a front kick followed by a punch. Sly sensei is known for his very detailed instruction and this video won't be any different. Sly sensei teaches us first how to use Te sabaki to deflect the mae geri (front kick) and then defends against a follow up Kao tsuki (punch to the face) using ukenagaeshi. Then sensei turns using Tenkan and the uke follows up with another Kao tsuki and sensei shows us how to utilize kaitennage to sub do the uke. Sensei shows this technique several times step by step with explanation so we can learn what he is doing.
