Hi Friends, presenting you an amazing breakfast recipe Methi na Dhebra, it is easy to prepare and tastes very good. It is crisp and soft and tastes awesome with Chai. The taste of Fenugreek blends really well with Jowar and Bajri and gives a spicy and juicy after taste. Do try this at home 😊
I would like to add here that sugar in this dish is just to balance the taste and it doesn't make the dish sweet 😊

Methi Bajri Jowar Dhebra Recipe -
Ingredients -
1/2 cup Jowar Aata
1/2 cup Bajri Aata
1/2 cup Gehu Aata (Wheat Flour)
1/2 tblsp Green Chilli paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1/2 tblsp Ginger paste
1 1/2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)
3 tsps Sugar
1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi powder)
1 tblsp Sesame Seeds (Til)
1 1/2 tblsp Oil
3 tblsps Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhaniya)
1 cup finely chopped Methi Leaves
1 tsp oil (on the Methi leaves)
Curd for kneeding the dough (as required) (dough should be soft)
Oil for roasting
