Teriyaki Salmon with Stir fried Vegetable Noodles

Learn how to make your own Teriyaki Marinade for Salmon, Chicken or Aubergine and serve with delicious vegetable noodles. A family favourite in our house that I’m sure will feature on your weekly menu regularly!
Serves 3-4
4 pieces of Salmon/Chicken/Aubergine
Teriyaki marinade:
3 tablespoon Soy
2 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey
1 tablespoon Mirin
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Egg noodles - 3 nests
2 Teaspoons Ginger/Garlic paste
Chili flakes - optional
Veg of your choice, I used : Red onions, Red Pepper, mushrooms, courgettes, asparagus, Mangetout. (Baby corn and beansprouts also lovely)
2 Teaspoons black bean (or oyster)
1 tablespoon soy
Salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish : Coriander, sesame seeds, Lime
