This routine requires a lot of core engagement focused on control and balance. The heavier the weight (don't recommend higher than 5 if you're just starting out) the more instability you will feel.
Melissa (left) is using 5lbs (each hand)
Macey (right) is using 3lbs (each hand)
Ankle Weights are 4lbs each leg
