The journey continues…
In this follow-up to "Why I Might Need to Sell My Super Meteor 650 (and It Hurts to Say That)," I fit the bar risers and discuss my next steps as I try to determine whether I can stay with my Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 or if I might need to make a difficult decision.
After fitting bar risers, I’ve seen a slight improvement, but the shoulder pain isn’t fully resolved.
In this video, I share my plan going forward, which focuses on three key areas:
🔧 The Bike
Bar risers ✅
Upcoming tweaks: screen, backrest
Handlebars (only if everything else fails)
💪 Me (The Rider)
Treatment and diagnosis scheduled for next week
Working on relaxing more into the ride
🔁 Last Resort: A Bike Change
If nothing else works, I may have to part with the Super Meteor and look at alternatives like the Himalayan 450.
I’m hopeful but realistic. I’ll know more after the treatment, and I’ll share the next chapter with you in Part 3, hopefully next week.
