I've finally found the time to put together this short film about the Ruru, aka Morepork, Native New Zealand Owls that nest on my property.
It's taken a little longer to get this together due to work and life commitments.
This Years Owlets have already fledged and rather annoyingly the weather turned to custard soon after they left the nest box so most evenings it's just been too dark and overcast to get any real decent footage.
This may be the last year that I'm able to film and photograph them and so it seemed important to put this up, warts and all.
I hope you enjoy it.
