• Whole red snapper (cleaned & scaled)
• Salt & black pepper
• Garlic (crushed)
• 3 Scotch bonnet pepper (sliced)

• Pimento (allspice berries)
• 1/2 Cup white Vinegar
• Oil (for frying)
• 2 Tbsp Sugar

• Potato (optional, for thickening)

• Green bell peppers
• Oil (for cooking)
• Water & coconut milk
