"Destiny Across a Thousand Miles" is an Oriental-style power ballad featuring the soulful sounds of the "Xiao" (a traditional bamboo flute).
I created this song while imagining, "What if this were the romance theme for a Chinese wuxia drama?" ^^;
The melody of the bamboo flute, which feels like a gentle breath, portrays the lonely footsteps of a protagonist walking a long path to find their destined love.
Combined with a modern ballad vocal style, the song captures a desperate longing to finally reach one's lover.
