write your takeover brief: who/what/when/where/how for your top 3 goals.
set input goals only: e.g., lift 5x/week, 30-minute build block daily, reply to messages before 7 p.m.
remove the “embarrassing extras” you’d never tell the stand-in to do (the second coffee that makes you jittery, the doom scroll, the perfect-day fantasy).
schedule the actions on your calendar, not your wish list.
