Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup long-grain white/jasmine or basmati rice
½ cup split lentils
1/2 cup water, for blender
1 pc onion
3-5 pcs garlic cloves
a bunch of beet greens, or any other green leafy vegetables
1 Tbsp oil, optional
1 1/2 cups - 2 cups water or vegetable broth
½ teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
freshly ground black pepper
