ingredients
for the wonton
1 kg pork ground
1 onion
5 Cloves garlic
1 small carrot
salt
flour
molo wrapper
for the soup
1 part chicken leg
1 mediumgarlic
5 cloves onion
3 knorr chicken cubes
1 tsp black pepper
sliced spring onion
for the topping
sliced spring onion
minced garlic
procedure
1. Grind the pork together with the onion, garlic and carrots.
2. Add salt pepper, egg and flour. mix well. wrap in molo wrapper. steam for 30-40 minutes. set aside.
3. Slice the boiled chicken leg into small pieces. set aside.
4. Sautee the onion, garlic. add the chicken and carrots.
5. Add the chicken broth that you use to boil the chicken leg.
6. Add 3 knorr chicken cubes, fish sauce and pepper.
7. Add the wonton. simmer for 3-5 minutes then add the sliced spring onion.
8. toast the minced garlic for the toppings.
9. Top it with spring onion and toasted garlic.
10. Serve 😍
