That’s what Somerset CCC, Trent Rockets and Southern Brave fast bowler, Sonny Baker had to say after spending a week with SpeedCamp!
Unfortunately, Sonny picked up a stress fracture at the start of the season and instead of sitting and sulking, he’s been using his time to learn more about fast bowling & the way we coach using our Three Energy System framework!
At just 20 years of age, Sonny has impressed us all with his drive, discipline and forward thinking mindset.
He’s truly one of a kind and we can’t wait to see him back on the park!
