3 eggs
Pinch of salt
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
Dash of vanilla
80 ml butter (1/3 cup)
120 ml milk (1/2 cup)
Zest of 1 lemon
240 g flour (2 cups)
10 g baking powder
3 apples
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Honey
A 24 cm diameter baking pan
