Cake batter:
• Eggs - 3 pcs
• Sugar - 100 g
• Vegetable oil - 80 ml
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Vanilla sugar - 5 g
• Flour - 250 g
• Baking powder - 10 g
• Salt - a pinch
Filling:
• Apples - 3 pcs
• Butter - 50 g
• Brown sugar - 60 g
• Cinnamon - 3-5 g
• Black raisins - 80 g
Crumble (Streusel):
• Walnuts - 50 g
• Butter - 50 g
• Breadcrumbs - 50 g
• Sugar - optional (up to 50 g)

👣 Step-by-step instructions (RU)
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, add sugar, and beat until smooth.
Add the vegetable oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix again.
Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl, then combine until smooth.
Pour the batter into a 20x30 cm baking dish.
For the filling, dice the apples.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the brown sugar, and caramelize.
Add the apples and cook until soft and golden.
Add the cinnamon and black raisins and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Spread the caramelized apples evenly over the batter.
For the crumble (streusel), combine the walnuts, breadcrumbs, and butter. Add sugar, if desired.
Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the top of the cake.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
