It seems that brioche buns are quite popular these days. I wanted to make them at home and this time I used the KitchenAid stand mixer. It gives such a fluffy and silky dough and the buns look so good, please try it out!

Ingredients :
300g bread flour (10.6oz)
5g fine salt (0.18oz)
40g sugar (1.4oz)
4g dry yeast (I use red saf. equivalent to 0.14oz)
2 eggs (here 95g, equivalent to 3.35oz)
130g milk (or 4.6oz. Top up/down if needed so that total eggs+milk is 225g or 7.9oz)
52g unsalted butter (1.8oz)
egg for egg brush
