Today I’m sharing one of our family’s favorite recipes: Chicken Tacos with Lavash bread!
This recipe is super easy to make and incredibly delicious – especially loved by kids 😊
It’s perfect not only for dinner, but also as a quick snack or for picnics! 🌮☀️🧺
INGREDIENTS:
200 g chicken breast
7 small lavash breads
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
2 garlic cloves
3 tomatoes (remove the insides, chop)
Salt, black pepper, paprika
2 tbsp oil for sautéing
Topping (Filling):
3 tomato insides (from above)
Chopped parsley
Grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation steps are shown clearly in the video!
After filling the lavash with the chicken mixture, top it with tomato mixture and grated cheese. Then bake for 6–8 minutes until the cheese melts.
