Ixtur MAP-120R is pneumatically actuated magnet for automated manufacturing and manual lifting. MAP-120R is especially optimized for flat loads that do not completely cover the gripping area of the magnet.
Lifting capacity of Ixtur MAP-120R is 120 kg for flat and 70 kg for round loads (safety factor of 3). The magnet has low residual gripping force. The magnet is suitable for robot grippers, fixtures and production automation. The combination of strong lifting force and low residual gripping force makes this magnet the optimal choice for automated manufacturing.
