Zy Talks - Feeling bad can be a good thing?

Some of the most successful people I know feel bad. Why?

Like many out there I wake up in a bad mood and feeling bad. I used to let that get me down and I'd just feel bad all day, unless something made me laugh or I just got happy over nothing (brain defending itself?). Now I realize I have to work for it and that feeling bad can be the motivator to achieve.

Still just practicing talking live, will touch on these topics more in the future but figure you might as well see the journey too, because it's with the theme of the channel. This is how we improve!

Will be interesting to see where I'm at with this channel in 3 or 4 years. Until then, hope this helps anyway!
