These oven baked Sheet Pan Kebabs are so tender and juicy and so delicious. Made with ground chicken or other ground meat of your choice. Prepared with colourful vegetables and marinated in yogurt and a blend of warm savoury spices. Served with pita or rice. This flavourful and hearty dish has become a staple in my home.
Ingredients for Kebabs
1 pound ground meat
1 medium onion
1 red bell pepper
3 green chilies
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of coriander powder
1 tbsp of cumin
1 tbsp of garam masala
1 tsp of red chili powder
1 tsp of salt (to taste)
1 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp of ginger/garlic paste
2 tbsp of Yogurt
some fresh coriander leaves
Ingredients for Tzatziki
1 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of grated cucumber
1/2 salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp of black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of lemon juice
