From the top of Faulhorn (2681 m) begins the longest sledging run in the world — the legendary “Big Pintenfritz”! 🇨🇭🛷
This incredible 15 km toboggan route winds down all the way to Grindelwald Valley, offering breathtaking alpine views and endless downhill fun — depending on snow conditions.

The Faulhorn summit is only reachable on foot. You can start your ascent either from Bussalp (1800 m) — accessible by bus from Grindelwald — or from Grindelwald First (2167 m), reached by cable car.
Both routes take around 2 to 2.5 hours of hiking and reward you with stunning views, including the beautiful frozen Bachalpsee Lake along the way.

Once at the top, the ride down is pure exhilaration — snow, speed, and spectacular scenery all the way to the valley.
