El Museo del Bicentenario es parte integral del complejo histórico formado por la Casa Rosada, la Plaza Colón y la Reja Federal. Fue inaugurado el 24 de Mayo de 2011 para la recuperación y puesta en valor del Fuerte de Buenos Aires y la Aduana Taylor, el que se exhibe patrimonio cultural de Argentina, con un recorrido de la historia argentina desde los inicios del siglo XIX hasta nuestros días. En el se podrán ver documentos, mobiliario, obras de arte, entre otros, incluidos objetos que pertenecieron a Presidentes argentinos
Últimamente se utilizó para la jura de los Ministros luego de que asumieran la presidencia quienes resultaron ganadores en las elecciones.
