• Oil 1/4 cup
•Tomatoes 250g
• Onions sliced 1 small
• Green chillies chopped to taste
• Salt 1tsp or to taste
• Ginger paste 1tsp
• Garlic paste 1tsp
• Cumin seed 1tsp
• Crushed coriander seed 1tbsp
• Lemon juice 1tsp or to taste
• Chopped green coriander 1tbsp
