It's race week again this time from T100 London!
Tom tackles the T100 race distance for the first time. The distance is 2k swim, 80k bike and 18k run. This makes it just short of 70.3 distance. He hopes to break 4 hours. He is also hoping to run under 75 minutes. Find out if he does.
Ellie is competing in the sprint triathlon on her journey to Ironman Tallinn in a couple of weeks. Great test to see how race ready she is and soak up all the motivation and atmosphere of the event.
