Welcome back to the show where lying is not just encouraged—it’s the entire point of the exercise. Hosted by the master of the pedantic and the logically indignant, David Mitchell, The Unbelievable Truth Season 11 continues to prove that facts are often much weirder than the lies we make up.

In this series, our panel of comedians is tasked with giving a lecture that is a "tissue of lies" from start to finish. However, they must hide five unbelievable truths within their nonsense. Can the other panelists spot the facts, or will the speakers smuggle them through for double points?


🎙️ The Panel of Lectures:
Host: David Mitchell, presiding over the lies with his signature skepticism.

The Panellists: This season features brilliant appearances by Graeme Garden, Victoria Coren Mitchell, Richard Osman, Henning Wehn, Susan Calman, Holly Walsh, and Marcus Brigstocke.

The Topics: Get ready to learn "the truth" about everything from The Vikings and Explorers to Tea, Trees, and The Postal Service.

📖 Rules of the Game:
Each player delivers a short lecture that is intentionally filled with falsehoods.

The Goal: Hide five unbelievable truths in plain sight.

The Opposition: The other players must "buzz in" when they think they’ve heard a genuine fact.

Scoring: Points are awarded for identifying truths and lost for buzzing on a lie. If a lecturer gets a truth past the entire panel, they win double points for "smuggling."
