Follow on to training on the Steeve Reeves methods with my workout that's adapting over time to exercises that suit me better and I know I can progress them well. PRs again on most of the lifts so the 2 days of rest is working. Its a lengthy session but feel so invigorated after it.
*Please consider safety if applying my exercise ideas as they are all DIY and I take every measure to minimise risk.
