Political parties are angry over reports that the alleged rapist Pastor Timothy Omotoso is receiving a five-star special treatment from prison authorities at St Albans Prison in Port Elizabeth. Sunday's reports allege that the controversial, Nigerian-born pastor is preaching to his congregants around the country directly, using his cell phone to make conference calls every Sunday.
He has special visiting hours, he eats his special meals and is still getting all his financial benefits.
