I filmed this late in the evening so it’s a softer spoken, more chilled out video. I talk about how to be kind to yourself - something a lot of us struggle to do. It sounds simple, but is also very easy to overlook. Here are some self care/self love tips that help us to be just that bit kinder to ourselves and to develop a more loving relationship with ourselves.
