Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 16 - Motor Engine Bottom End Clutch, Cover, Lifter Arm, Oil Filter Rotor

Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 16 - Assembly (videos coming fast so subscribe to keep notified). Part 15 completion, sealing up the clutch cover with a new gasket and some waterproof grease and then torqueing the right crankcase cover bolts. First we will be installing the clutch outer guide, clutch basket (clutch outer), pressure plate, clutch fibers (clutch discs), clutch plates, clutch lifter plate, clutch springs, clutch lifter bearing, oil filter rotor, primary drive gear, oil drain plug, oil dipstick, decompressor cam follower shaft assembly, crankcase cover oil seals. Then we will be replacing and torqueing (torque) to spec all of the lock nuts, bolts, thrust washers, collars, bushings, adjusters, springs, seals, and crush washers, circlips, snap rings (snaprings), clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets. The engine cases were chemically stripped of all the black paint by Xpress Metal Cleaning and then vapor blasted by Vapor Blasting by Design LLC here in Phoenix, AZ. This is an atv trike 3-wheeler restoration rebuild.
