Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 15 - Assembly (videos coming fast so subscribe to keep notified). In this video we will be sealing the crankcase halves with a new gasket and some waterproof grease and then torque the crankcase bolts. We will also be installing the timing chain (cam chain), cam chain guide (timing chain guide), return spring pin, shift linkage, shift star, gearshift plate, gearshift guide plate, shift drum stopper, shift shaft (gearshift spindle), kick stop plate, kick starter (kickstarter, kicker), oil pump, oil pump chain, oil pump drive gear, oil pump driven gear, oil pump cover plate. Then we will be replacing and torqueing (torque) to spec all of the nuts, bolts, thrust washers, collars, bushings, adjusters, springs, seals, and crush washers, circlips, snap rings, clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets. The engine cases were chemically stripped of all the black paint by Xpress Metal Cleaning and then vapor blasted by Vapor Blasting by Design LLC. This is an ATV trike 3-wheeler rebuild.
