Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 14 - Motor Engine Bottom End Crankcase Bearing, Crankshaft, Transmission

Honda ATC 200x Build - Part 14 - Assembly (videos coming fast so subscribe to keep notified). In this video we will be installing the crankcase bearings and crankshaft (crank) using the heat (oven) and cold (freezer) method. We will also install the oil seals, bearing retainer plate (red loctite thread locker), and will be disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling the transmission main shaft gears, collars, lock washers, and oil bushings. We will then install the shift forks, shift drum, and shift fork shaft into the left crankcase. Then we will be replacing and torqueing (torque) to spec all of the nuts, bolts, adjusters, springs, seals, and crush washers, circlips, snap rings, clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets. The engine cases were chemically stripped of all the black paint by Xpress Metal Cleaning and then vapor blasted by Vapor Blasting by Design LLC. This is an atv trike 3-wheeler rebuild.
