Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is community that was developed by Dubai Properties in 2010 with a total cost AED 6 billion. The community stretches over 1.7 Kms and consists of 40 towers (35 residential towers and 5 hotels). The community is divided into six main areas: Murjan, Sadaf, Bahar, Rimal, Amwaj and Shams. JBR has access to Dubai Marina, the Tram, and Bluewaters Island.
The Beach retail complex was developed by Meeras (a renowned developer in Dubai) in 2014 and occupying the beachfront of JBR. The Beach provides direct views of Ain Dubai at Bluewaters Island.
