It's very easy to do! Absolutely anyone can cook this!
INGREDIENTS
Sushi rice 200 g
Rice vinegar 22 ml
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
0.50 LB - raw salmon , I used a Trout (cut into small cubes)
0.65 LB - boiled snow crab clusters (peeled and cut into small pieces)
One avocado (peeled and cut into small cubes)
Heart of Romaine Lettuce (cut into medium pieces)
2 tbsp Seabreeze salad
1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Yam Yam sauce, to taste
Soy sauce, to taste (optional)
Wasabi, to taste (optional)
Rinse the sushi rice with cold water running water, until water runs clear. Bring rice to a boil over medium-high heat. Immediately turn heat to low. Cook for 35 minutes. Remove from heat. Let sit, covered for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, dissolve the salt and sugar in the rice vinegar.
Pour evenly over rice. Stir until the rice is nice and sticky. Leave rice for 15 minutes or until rice is just about room temperature.
Cut the salmon (trout) into small cubes
Cut the boiled crab into small pieces
Cut the avocado into small cubes
Cut the lettuce into medium pieces
Serve on the plate. Prepared rice, lettuce, salmon, avocado, crab and Seabreeze salad.
Add the sesame seeds.
Serve with Yam Yam sauce or soy sauce, wasabi.
