I used to HATE tea, now it's a part of my daily routine

For most of my life, I thought I hated hot tea.

I was raised by a southern mama and two southern grandmothers, so sweet iced tea has always been part of my life. I know how to make a perfect pitcher, and I will ask for it at every restaurant. But hot tea felt completely different to me. Every time I tried it, it tasted bitter, thin, and disappointing, so I assumed hot tea just was not for me.

A few years ago, that changed.

In this video, I am sharing how tea slowly became part of my daily routine in midlife. From an unexpected experience drinking hot tea in the evenings at a resort, to discovering loose leaf tea that completely changed my mind, this is my lived experience with tea over 40.
