Vegan Jackfruit Birria and Birria Tacos

Ingredients:
6-8 cups of water
-2 cans jackfruit in brine
-1 onion (cut into halfs)
-3 garlic cloves
2 or 3 vegan chicken bouillon cubes, this is the one I usually use.

4 dried guajillo Chiles
-1 dried ancho pasilla chile
-1 dried morita chile (optional)
1 dried clove
4 all spice berries
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
vegetable oil
salt
For tacos
corn tortillas
cilantro
dice onion
limes
-vegan melty cheese, like mozarella
