Pull-ups after 40 are one of those “do I still have it?” tests.
Today I’m starting from the assisted machine and working my way up — Day 1 → 1 unassisted pull-up.
This is part of my bigger journey to rebuild strength after 40, drop weight, and get capable again.
I’m tracking exercises, sets, and real progress — no hype, no music, no shortcuts.
Today’s exercises included:
• Assisted pull-ups
• Seated cable row
• Single-arm dumbbell row
• Multi-cable lat work
