Interview with Hiroki, the store manager of Bulk Foods. The shop opened in September 2014 and offers more than 200 products in bulk. Customers can fill the products into their own containers or purchase them at the shop. The team consists of five staff. Products include freshly ground chocolate-peanut butter, dried fruits and vegetable, nuts, rice, pasta, spices and sweets. The products are mainly from Japan and USA. This shop allows shopping using reusable packaging. The customers are mainly young and ecology-minded.
