Hurricane Sally spins south of the Alabama coastline at this hour with rain bands lashing portions of the coastline. High winds and heavy rains are driving waves along the Alabama Coastal Connection - HWY-193 - which is starting to take on water. This highway will go under soon as water levels continue to rise. Flooding also continues along Bienville Blvd. across the west end of Dauphin Island where the dunes have been breached and the Gulf of Mexico continues to pour in through some streets.
