Quarantine Activity - Make Ginger Beer at Home

Making ginger beer at home is easy and a little time consuming, which is certainly something I have a lot of right now. Going on day 7 of a state-ordered shut-in, I have been staying busy by creating. It now looks like we might be in lockdown for another month, so I will definitely be making several batches.
