Britannia fruit Cake
Ingredients:-
*1 cup dahi
*100 gm powder sugar
*1 tsp baking powder
*1/2 tsp baking soda
*1/4 tsp vanilla essence
*1/4 tsp pineapple essence
*1/4 tsp Orange essence
*1/2 cup oil
*1.5 Cup refined flour
*1/4 Cup tuty fruity
*Cup size 250 ml
*Cake tin size 4.5 - 8"
*on gas stove bake for 50 minutes on low flame
*in OTG bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180 degree celsius in preheated oven
