大家好 终于买到marmite了 安排了这一道妈蜜鸡分享给大家 希望大家会喜欢
材料:
鸡胸肉 400克
蛋白 1粒
盐 胡椒 生抽 绍兴酒 油
上 木薯粉
妈蜜汁:
水 200克
妈蜜 1/2 汤匙
蜜糖 1汤匙
蚝油 1 汤匙
生抽 1/2 汤匙
白糖 1/2 汤匙
香菜
白芝麻
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Chicken breast ~400g, slice smaller pieces. Mix with little salt, pepper, light soya sauce, oil, Shaoxing wine. Then add 1 egg white and set aside
2. White sesame
3. Coriander
Sauce (mix well)
1. Hot water 200g
2. Marmite 1/2tbsp
3. Honey 1tbsp
4. Light soya sauce 1/2tbsp
5. Oyster sauce 1tbsp
6. Sugar 1/2tbsp
Method
1. Lightly coat the chicken with tapioca flour.
2. Heat wok with oil and deep fry the chicken. Refry the chicken again till golden brown. Set aside
3. Heat wok with little oil, add in the sauce and continuously stir the sauce under high heat. Once boil, turn to medium heat and stir continuously until the gravy has thickened.
4. Add back the chicken and off heat. Mix till the chickens are evenly coated with sauce.
5. Add little fragrant oil and mix well.
6. Arrange a plate with lettuce. Then place the chicken on it. Drizzle with white sesame and coriander
7. Serve and enjoy! 💕
